Curioso’s awstats free WordPress plugin is just what I’ve been looking for to display Powweb’s Awstats on both my blogs, mainly Hold It Up For Ridicule, because it receives a lot of hits. I can’t get it to work yet, because I didn’t realise that I had to get my host to send me the files. In Powweb, I discovered a Log On To Log Files link, and inside that was an option that said Never Receive Log Files. Not very useful. So I’m waiting for the log files to appear. A lot of queries on Curioso’s blog might be stopped if rookies like me knew they had to have the log files posted to their web site. It’s just a thought. I was trying to link to the stat files at Powweb, and that was never going to work.
